Terms and Conditions:

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE VOLUNTARILY SOUGHT OUT THE COMPANY AND DESIRE TO UTILIZE THE COMPANY'S PROGRAMS AND/OR SERVICES, AND AM WILLING TO PROVIDE PAYMENT TO THE COMPANY, AS SET FORTH WITHIN, IN EXCHANGE FOR SAID PROGRAMS AND/OR SERVICES AS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

I understand that I will receive access to an educational course created by MNH Financial Services.com -aka The Frugal CrediTnista – for 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO, which will include video-recorded lessons, live streams, pdf downloads, and monthly assignments for the amount within my investment.

I understand that I am investing in access to ONE Program (6-months or 1-year access depending on my investment) and not continuous, ongoing classes.

I understand that I will receive support from MNH Financial Services, Inc. staff ONLY during my 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO program and ONLY via the private Group, which I will be given access to before the start of the Program.

I understand that there will be no support via telephone, text, email, or social media messenger support. I understand that this will NOT be 1-on-1 support, but a group activity support.

I understand that there will be no ongoing support after the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO course hosted by MNH Financial Services, Inc. has ended at all whatsoever. I understand that I may invest in services with MNH Financial Services, Inc. if I do decide to pursue ongoing support.

I understand that I am not entitled to any refunds once the first Welcome assignment has been sent to the email address provided by me, as the class has officially started.

I understand that I am solely responsible for the contact information that I have submitted while registering for the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO course – email address, telephone number, Username – and will hold harmless MNH Financial Services, Inc. for failure to receive any course information due to me submitting incorrect contact information. I understand that I am NOT entitled to a refund for failing to enter the correct contact information.

I understand I will be emailed my first assignment detailing how to access the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO course private Study Group, where daily lessons, assignments, and downloadables will be held.

I understand that my investment is for me and me alone, and that I may not share my student login information with any other party. If frequent logins from multiple IP addresses are identified, I understand that my student account will be permanently and

I will not be eligible for a refund. If a chargeback ensures, I understand that I will be pursued for the amount owed by company’s collection agency.

*I understand that I am not entitled to any refunds on prior Services or Courses offered by MNH Financial Services, Inc., no matter when the investment was made.

*I understand that this offer cannot be combined with any other specials, promotions, or offers – PERIOD.

I understand that MNH Financial Services, INC. has the right to withhold or terminate my access to the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO program if any payment is returned or disputed until all payments are made in full, if applicable.

I understand that MNH Financial Services, INC. has the right to withhold or terminate my access to the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO program for any unruly behavior inside of the private Study Group (subsequent access will be provided on another platform to review content provided for, however many days are remaining in the 90-day class period)."

This sentence means that if a member behaves inappropriately or violates the rules and guidelines set for the private study group, MNH Financial Services, INC. has the right to withhold or terminate their access to the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO program. The member will then be given access to review the content on another platform, but only for the remaining days of their 90-day class period.

I understand that the program may include access to templates and materials that are intended for whitelabel use only. I understand that I am encouraged to make adjustments to the terminology to avoid copying verbatim. I understand that any unauthorized use of the provided materials may result in legal action against me.

I understand that MNH Financial Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any content or feature of the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO course at any time without prior notice.

I understand that the information provided in the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO course is solely for educational purposes and does not constitute financial or legal advice. I understand that MNH Financial Services, Inc. is not liable for any financial or legal consequences resulting from my use of the information provided in the course.

I understand that any testimonials or success stories shared by MNH Financial Services, Inc. or The Frugal CrediTnista are not guarantees of my success. I understand that my success depends on my own efforts and circumstances, and that results may vary.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my own actions and decisions, and that MNH Financial Services, Inc. is not liable for any consequences resulting from my actions or decisions made during or after the 6-Figure Credit Repair CEO course.

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO COMPANY'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
